Delivery Procedure
Once your order has been completed and is ready for shipping we will contact you to discuss the delivery day that's suitable for you.
We will also ask for your permission to leave the goods if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. This can also be helpful as you don't have to waste time waiting for the goods to arrive. Of course, we only recommend this if you have a safe & secure area to leave the goods.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Unfortunately as we use an Australia-wide freight company, we are unable to advise of a specific time or for the driver to phone you before arriving.
