Unlike other blind websites, we do not tout "Free delivery" and then build the delivery charge into the price of the blinds. We feel it is an insult to deceive customers into believing they are getting the delivery for Free, when clearly they are really paying for it in the blind price.
We make sure to show you all the individual charges for both the blinds and our reduced delivery and handling fees.
On large orders for multiple windows, the delivery fee is capped so you make further savings and don't pay more than is necessary.
We also give you the option to be able to save on delivery and collect your order from our premises. Making it more convenient for our local customers and cheaper too! Why should you have to pay for a unnecessary delivery, if you can collect it easily yourself?
Once your order has been completed, our staff will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection or to organise a suitable day for delivery.
We also will email the delivery details, so you can track your delivery every step of the way.
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Unfortunatley we are unable to specify an exact time.
Please keep in mind that we require a signature as proof of delivery, so perhaps a work address might be easier for you to avoid second deliveries if you aren't home.
We are happy to accept permission to leave the goods on the doorstep or another secure location on your property; we just need to know that it's OK by you to do so.
