We offer free colour samples for the majority of our product lines Our samples are actual cuttings of our fabrics and they provide you with the most accurate representation of colour, texture and opacity.
We offer up to 10 Free Samples for most of our products.* If you require more than 10, we charge a minimal $2ea and we send you a Gift Voucher for any monies spent (up to the value of $50)
*Charged sample range includes all Curtain fabrics, Soft Roman Blinds, Bonded Roller Blinds Range ($2ea) and our Shutter Range. A Redemption Gift Voucher is given for all charge samples (up to the value of $50). This is emailed to you as an attachment to your Sample Order Confirmation, for you to redeem when placing your next order. Simply enter the Gift Voucher number in payment area at the checkout for the amount to be automatically deducted from your total
Unfortunately due to demand, we are only able to post requests for the first order of 10 Free Blind samples. If more are ordered separately to the first order, we are only able to post the first request unless an additional payment has been received.
The majority of swatches will be posted the following business day, however, on occasion there may be a delay depending on availability of your fabric selection. In which case we will notify you and the Sample order may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Once you have purchased samples (or over the 10 free limit for blind samples) you will be sent a confirmation email, showing the samples you have selected. Attached to this email is a Gift Voucher for the value of your sample purchase (to a maximum of $50). When you place your order for window furnishings, you will be required to enter the Gift Voucher number into the payment field. We will then deduct the value from your total purchase price.
Purchases that have not had the Gift Voucher details entered at the checkout stage, cannot have the value deducted after the point of sale, as the Gift Voucher is required to be used for the redemption and automatic cancellation of the Voucher.
