Blindsonline.com.au offers free color samples for the majority of our product lines.
Because samples are actual cuttings of the material, they provide you with the most accurate representation of colour, texture, and opacity.
You may order up to 10 samples for free. If you require more than 10 samples we charge a minimal $2 per sample.
Charged sample range includes all Curtain fabrics, Soft Roman Blinds, Bonded Roller Blinds & Luxury Blind Range. We charge a minimum of $10 for 5 samples and $2.00 for each thereafter.
A Redemption Gift Voucher is given for all charged samples. This is emailed to you as an attachment, for you to redeem when placing your next order. Simply enter the gift voucher number in the payment area at the checkout, for the amount to be automatically deducted from your total.
How to Order Samples
STEP 1) To order a swatch, simply locate and select the product you are interested in.
STEP 2) Once on the product item screen, scroll down to view the fabrics colours.
STEP 3) Simply click on the fabric of your choice and a pop up screen will be shown. Click on the Order Sample button. The sample will then be added to your cart.
STEP 4) To finish ordering your swatches enter the shopping cart and checkout. You will only be asked for relevant delivery information at this time unless you have selected more than 10 Blinds swatches. All swatches beyond 10 will be charged at $2.00 per sample, and you will be asked to enter in payment information.
Unfortunaltely due to demand, we are only able to post requests for the first order of 10 Free Blind samples. If more are ordered seperately to the first order, we are only able to post the first request unless an additonal payment has been received.
Majority of swatches will be posted the following business day, but depending on availability of cloth your swatch order may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you do not receive your swatches please call customer service at 1300 761 179.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher, after receiving my samples?
Once you have purchased samples (or over the 10 free limit for blind samples, or samples that have a small charge) you will be sent a confirmation email, showing the samples you have selected.
Attached to this email is a gift voucher for the value of your sample purchase. When you place your order for your window furnishings, you will be required to enter the Gift Voucher number into the payment field at the checkout. The gift voucher amount is then deducted the value from your total purchase price.
Important: Purchases that have not had the Gift Voucher details entered at the checkout stage, cannot have the value deducted after the point of sale, as the gift voucher is required to be used for the redemption and automatic cancellation of the voucher.
