How To Order Online

It's Easy to order your new window furnishings at Blinds Online and it's also a bit of fun!

If you have any further questions, we are only a phone call or email away.

  1. Select the product you require
  2. Click the Design and Order button under the fabric you like
  3. Follow the prompts, working through all your personalised selections.
  4. Add more products as required
  5. Once you're done, go to your Cart and Checkout.
  6. Follow the prompts for delivery and payment details
  7. Once you're done you'll receive a Order Confirmation in your email (be sure to check it hasn't gone to your Spam folder).
  8. Now go and make a cuppa and sit back and relax, and we'll send you a status update as your order goes through the Production Process, right through to Dispatch.
  • PayPal - Selecting this and clicking 'Next' will take you to your PayPal account.
  • Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express
  • Payment over the Phone - Finalise your order by selecting 'Credit Card over the Phone' option.  Then either call us on 1300 761 179 during office hours to complete your payment, or we will contact you to process your payment..
  • Bank Deposit - Finalise the Design & Order by selecting Bank Deposit in the checkout area.  Then transfer your payment either electronically or over the counter at your bank. 
  • BPay - Well send you our BPay details in your Confirmation email.

Once the payment has been received we will begin manufacturing your order.

  • We take your privacy seriously and understand how important it is to securely store any personal information that you supply to us.
  • When you pay by Card online, your payment details are not visible to us, you are dealing directly with the Bank Gateway, so your security is assured.

If you find ordering online a little too daunting, our experienced consultants will be happy to take your order over the phone, however this will take a little longer than doing it yourself, as we want to make sure no errors occur when we put in your details. 

You will need to have all the information ready for us, such as measurements, fabric choice, control sides, base rail colours etc.

Once your order is entered, we will email you a Confirmation Email for you to double check and confirm the details. We'll need you to 'reply' to that email stating that you've checked it, and giving us the 'go ahead'. We are unable to put your order into production, until we've received confirmation and payment from you.
