Manufacturing & Delivery Time
ACM - Manufacturing time is approximatley 10-15 working days. Delivery time is 1-5 days depending on your location
ICM - Manufacturing time and shipping to Australia is approximatley 30-40 working days. Delivery time is 1-5 days depending on your location
Composition Types
Timber Style - Are made from co-extruded polymers and high impact polystyrene, providing greater structure stability. They are suitable for wet areas with high humidity. We only use high quality product with low warpage factors and can not be compared with a lot of competitors lower priced versions. Our product maintains a 5 year warranty, as we know it will last.
Basswood - Are made from Plantation Basswood Timber. They are slow kiln dried for stability with reduced warpage. Our timber is hand selected to eliminate unsightly knots and graded for colour consistency. Basswood can certainly be used in wet areas with good ventilation.

*Important: Timber Style Blinds in large sizes over 2400mm in width, can be extremely heavy to operate up and down. We only recommend this type of blind is operated by tilting slats open and closed and avoiding it being lifted often. This will help the blind have a longer life span and take the strain off the lifting cords. Avoid for sliding door areas.
*50mm White & Alabaster ACM colours are available in widths up to 2700mm, however this is totally dependant on stock in the factory at the time, which can vary. Please contact our sales team for further details.
Recessed Fit- Depth required
70mm - for the blind to sit neatly inside the frame.
Minimum depth 45mm -this will result in the blind projecting out of the recess
Bracket can be mounted into the top of the frame or to the side of the frame
Do not make any deductions from your measurements as our factory will make the correct allowances.
Operation
- Choice of Left or Right controls
- Control sides/options will vary when ordering smaller widths;
- Min 221mm will have a tilt operation only
- Min 300mm with split controls (left and right)
- Min 450mm your choice of control sides
Valance
Valance will be the same colour as the blind. Recess fitted blinds will not have returns on the valance. We make the recessed valance slightly larger than the blind to give better coverage.
The colour and texture of our Timber Venetian blinds are represented as accurately as the internet permits but each computer monitor will show slightly different shades.
As Timber is a natural product, wood grain and colour variations will occur and may not be exactly the same as the sample or image shown.
To achieve better light control and have the ability to remove the individual slats for cleaning, we offer Privacy Slats (no holes) as an optional extra. Simply select this feature in Step 4. when completing the Design & Order details. Privacy Slats add 20% to the total price.
Cleaning
- General dusting or vacuuming is suitable and should be done regularly.
- For spot cleaning, wash with warm soapy water.
- Do Not Scrub with abrasive implement.
- Make sure to rinse clean with water.
- Allow the blind to completely dry before lifting.
