During installation of the blinds I discovered they had been damaged in shipment - the box had obviously been dropped on one end and the blinds bent and mechanisms damaged. I contacted BlindsOnline and could not be more complimentary of their response to the problem (thanks to Natalie in particular). After verifying the damage via photos they replaced the blinds without charge even though they were not directly responsible for the damage.
