If you ordered with Pre-Christmas delivery, we will do our utmost to get it to you before the big day. For orders later than this, we will keep you updated via email, but please be aware that delivery can take longer than usual over the festive period.
Fully insured delivery is free on orders over $299 and a flat rate of just $25 anywhere in mainland Australia for orders under $299. You can find accurate dispatch times against each individual product but delivery times can vary depending on where you live.
We use reputable delivery companies that cover everywhere in Australia. If you live on an island outside of mainland Australia and Tasmania there will be an additional charge of $50. We'll let you know about this before you checkout. For a small number of very remote locations there may be supplementary charges on top. In this instance you may need to order over the phone but, again, we'll let you know before you checkout.
On some of our most popular products you have the option to upgrade to 3 Day Express for just $19.95 per order. Your order will be bumped up to the top of the queue and manufactured in only 3 working days. We'll then dispatch your order on the fourth working day. Delivery times may still vary depending on where you live.
You can follow the progress of your order every step of the way with our real time order tracker. We'll also update you regularly via email, including when your items have been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel with the courier.
The vast majority of orders are made in 7-10 working days but these times vary depending on the product. If you visit a specific product the dispatch time is shown just underneath the box where you enter your measurements.
Yes, no worries. We're happy to deliver to any address you wish. Many of our customers like to have their orders delivered to their work for example.
All of our blinds, shutters and curtains are delivered using freight companies, so we're unable to deliver these to a PO Box address. Samples are sent out via Australian Post, so for sample orders, a PO Box address can be used.
We can deliver to any state in Australia. If you live in a remote location you may need to collect your order from the local despatch centre. This is at the courier's discretion. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch and we can contact them directly before you order.
Yes! We try and keep you up to speed every step of the way so we'll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Not to worry. The delivery company will simply leave you a card to get in touch with them and arrange for the order to be collected or redelivered at a more convenient time.
Firstly, don't panic. All of our deliveries are fully insured to if something unfortunate does happen in transit, get in touch with us right away. In order to make a claim we'll need to see some photos within 24 hours of you receiving your order so that we can make a claim so don't delay. We'll organise to have the damaged blinds collected at your convenience.
